Yeah I have noticed the PB difference I just noted it in my food log. Although I think I can get carried away. I think I'm going to have to get my measuring spoon out because I think my eyes are being way to generous on what a Tablespoon is. Hmmmmm I still think my zits were do to the diet coke this past weekend... My skin is naturally dry so I think it just helps to add more oil and make it normal. My ahir though I'm seeing is looking a lot better. My friend eats a LOT of PB and her hair looks like it should be on a pantene commercial.Sassy69 said:Sometimes whatever works. ....!
