Shadow's diet plan..

I have a niece whom is trying to "diet" and lose a little weight. She is 18 years old and just carrying just a bit of weight all over...mainly in the hips though. She is a beautiful girl...and probably 5-10 lbs would be enuff.
Shadow is your diet suitable for a teenage girl or would there be some changes to be made?
On another note, she is not active...unless going to school is exercise.
I thought I would tell my sis about the diet and i know she(niece) would read it and get the benefit of it w/out my actually saying "here is a diet for you" I certainly would never do that..insinuate that she needed one.

that general diet and macros are applicable for anyone 18 and older imo



BUT





if she is just 5-10 away and isnt exercising...she can lose that much JUST from the training routine
 
I don't think she's too motivated to exercise...she's a pretty laid back girl. Busy going to H.S and doing her homework...applying for college scholarships..Y'know the drill. They don't have any exercise equip, but are looking into getting a treadmill.
She is really a beautiful girl, i would love to see her shed those bothersome lbs. before graduation.

Awareness of a good diet & training approach is probably one of the best graduation presents you could give!
 
Well, that too :D, however, had I had a modicum of clue about how to eat & train for a healthy lifestyle when I went away to college... I woudln't have spent the better part of my adult life trying to figure out how to deal w/ my weight, not felt self-conscious about my body, not gotten into a rut eating absolute shit while I was in college and not turning to comfort foods when I was stressed out.....

Cash is king, but KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
