I have a niece whom is trying to "diet" and lose a little weight. She is 18 years old and just carrying just a bit of weight all over...mainly in the hips though. She is a beautiful girl...and probably 5-10 lbs would be enuff.
Shadow is your diet suitable for a teenage girl or would there be some changes to be made?
On another note, she is not active...unless going to school is exercise.
I thought I would tell my sis about the diet and i know she(niece) would read it and get the benefit of it w/out my actually saying "here is a diet for you" I certainly would never do that..insinuate that she needed one.

I don't know her weight..but she is about my height *5 ft* (yes we're all shorties)
