why do you ask a question in a locked thread when peeps cant go in there and answer it since its locked?

I used to have the damndest difficulty remembering that word. Eventually I asked my wife to remember it for me and, whenever I realised that I'd forgotten it again, I'd just go and ask her for that word I asked her to remember for me. Luckily, I haven't found myself prone to forgetting other words since harems are forbidden here.

My post was to let the masses know that I did not lock it...as were several others.
Isnt that what the members want??

Your idea was to lock it and then move it out of sight and THEN for the mods to post on it.
I think you are taking offense to the fact that it was YOUR thread that was locked.
I lock any bumped thread I see....go check the training board as I locked 3 or so old-ass polls over there yesterday.
Hammy made a similar post and it wasnt locked...go play on that one if its an issue.
It's like the ignore button......if you KNOW that it's locked...and that only Mods/Admin can post on it...why do you keep checking the posts??

Just as members need to exercise discretion in bumping threads from months ago, mods need discretion in locking them.The Shadow said:

BTW could someone lock that thread of George's on how many Plats are needed to ban a regular member. It's getting old, smelly and mouldy and people keep voting on it.

LOL I don't care that you locked my thread. It is being discussed on another thread sorry I didn't know I didn't see that thread. If i would have I would have posted in that and not went to the bother of searching my old thread and bumping it. I saw the locked thread though hmm what is this. Then went and searched out my thread as normaly threads about locked threads get locked so I didn't think there would be a thread about it as least not an open one.The Shadow said:
