Sex before workout.

I knocked a girl at 5.00 pm yesterday and went to workout at 7.30. Couldn't push myself at all. My lifts were down and i just could'nt get a pump. I tried low reps, high reps. It just was'nt happening. Finally after 3 sets. i decided to call it a day. Has anyone had a similar experience.
 
Hmmmmmmmm, since I started my test cycle I knock my girl every day before I lift. I like to think of it as a warm up. hehe! I would say to try and get her to do most of the work though. She wants to switch to oral for a little while. I guess she needs rest. This test is some incredible stuff and I am taking an extrememly low dose. You usually get a good pump before three sets???? Just seems on the low side.
 
yeah bro I don't like to hit the skins before lifting for that fact... I feel pretty drained, and i think that it hurts your natural test levels as well...

When i said 3 sets. i meant 3 heavy sets, after my warmup sets, which is usually 4-6 sets of 10-30 reps

shit i am "on" now and i have been bangin this chick once in the a.m before i go to work and then once before i hit the gym and then later on that night again...fucking cool as shit cuz she is a frickin knockout..she wonders why i am such a hornball...i just tell her its cuz her tits are gigantic(fake) and i cant help myself...actually its cuz i have fuckin test/fina/winny/eq runnin thu my body right now he he:busy: :horny:
 
let her fuck you for 10 minutes or so...however make sure you don't ejaculate or else ur done - don't even bother going to the gym. Just make sure you get enough to get reved up. try it, then go to the gym, then come back to the board and lets us know. U will have a hell of a workout...i do it everytime i could... ;)
 
big tits are nasty. anything bigger than a c cup is no good. preferably a or b cups though

i try to take sex anytime i can get it, for me it usually comes before workout in order of importance

........I'm with you on this one,for the most part after about age 22 any semi-large tits start to sag..I generally prefer fake tits on an older women..the hard ones too,not the water ballon types..I like it when I'm on top and I can bear hug her and have those tough boobies fightin' me back..on the sex before workout subject..I've had some good results with a viagra charged bangin' and then heading to the gym..the V in the system contributes to some awesome pumps and I generally feel kinda overall turbocharged on V..you have to deal with the stuffy nose,but when you are done lifitng you can go for a round 2 while you are still feeling the viagra

I guess its safe to say that if you are any good at sex and put in a lot of effort for a fair amount of time..then you are "sapped" to some extent...can't imagine being spent after 3 minutes
