I got the 80# DB's for shoulder presses. PR for me...and it was on my 4th working set......anywhoo....it was quite embarassing.
I was going to attempt to do them without a spot, but a guy I went to school was there and asked if I wanted a spot. I said sure, I want to get 6 out of them.
I get the weight up on my own and pressed up....I begin to press them and surprisingly the reps are coming easier then I expected.....well that doesn't keep this guy from yelling, "Come on Will....get it....push it...drive it......it's all you......light weight, light weight......one more". THe entire gym was focused on us. I can't stand that type of attention. I was pissed. This guy yells this shit to himself......he'll also find the largest guy and ask them to sit on top of the leg press machine.
