EXACTLY. The third one is very important. Also, he is interesting. NEVER underestimate how appealing an interesting person is. Even if you feel negatively about a person's "interesting" facets, you still "feel" something towards them. That goes a LOOOOOONG way.

Plus, I imagine most people judge the fuck out of him before ever speaking to him. Have you ever read his stuff or heard him speak. He is a VERY intelligent man and VERY well spoken. That sort of dynamic is always interesting to people. That's why I am an asshole 90% of the time, cause that other 10% when I am nice has a much larger impact than if I was nice all the time.
