In all seriousness. I think I might have a problem; but before I tell anyone I know, I'll ask all of you internet bros.

Well, for a long time now when i take a crap, I usually comes out all bally(kind of like deer shit). Well, I hate that. Every once in a while it comes out in the normal jumbo log, but it is usally loggy. I hate that because the water can splash up, and I am a really clean person.

Does anyone have experience or insight? Also, please hold off the homosexual jokes because I despise that stuff. It is there right to do so, but I stay away from that stuff.

what exactly are you asking about? How to get a normal log? How to clean up after a splash? It seems like you hate shitting period. Bally or log are equally bad by your post. Are you wanting tips to switch up your diet so it comes out smooth? C'mon dude....more specific! ;)
 
Two things that will greatly affect your GI health:

1) Fiber. It ain't for old people, it's for everyone. Being on a high-protien diet can cut out a lot of the fiber you'd normally get. You need more fiber anyways, since you'll be comsuming a larger quantity of food in general.

The easiest way I've found to remedy this (for me) is eating oatmeal (not the packet crap) in the morning. Throw in any other stuff you want (sliced almonds, cinnamon, diced fruit, etc etc), but it makes a big difference. If I switch to say, a dry cereal and milk for a week, I sure notice it.

2) Water. Your large intestine's main function is to suck up as much H20 as it can from whatever is going through it. If you aren't drinking enough, and you are already dehydrated, you'll be shitting rocks.

Creatine, if you are taking it, has a dramatic effect on where and how your body uses H20. If you don't increase your daily water intake, AND you are taking creatine, expect, once again, to be shitting rocks. Ouch. And I can relate to this also.

Water and fiber = a happy GI system ;)

aside from the water and fiber, cardio also helps....

drink 1 gallon of water a day, take a fiber supplement 3x a day or eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, run 2 miles 3x per week.... that'll fix you up
 
I love the log shits; please don't get me wrong. I think it probably was the creatine. I think the balls started coming after I got back on the creatine, but I have been off of it for a week or so. Is there a power fiber that has no taste that I could mix in with a protien shake?

Adjusting your diet - foods and supplements - can make all the difference in the world. Fiber and water. The easiest things to do without supplementation - eat lots of fruits and veggies AND drink lots of water. These things will help keep you regular and normal (no rabbit pellets here). If you find that you're system is sensitive, most guys don't like to admit this, then find out what bugs you and don't take it. Creatine gives me the squirts. I tried the "pure pharmaceutical grade" stuff from Germany and I didn't get the squirts, but didn't get any gains at all. CellTech (has creatine) gave me the squirts, but I lumped it (pun intended) for 2 months and made some good gains. Believe it or not, fat burners have a nasty, adverse affect on me, so I don't take them.
If you decide to change your diet, change only one item at a time, so if you have problems, you know which food caused it and you can adjust your diet accordingly.
 
when on creatine you need to drastically increase your water consumption. ive never had any problems with creatine changing my bowel habits

Should have the consistancy and size of a bananna-although I aint planning on testing the consistancy of my shit without rubber gloves!.

Colour should be a medium brown.

Black shit is bad but usually linked to low fibre/high protien.
White shit can be very bad.
