Serious new side effects of performance enhancing drugs

They mention a dose of 3.5mg per Kg of bodyweight. For a 100Kg man that'd be 350mg per week. They suggest that common use is 50 times this. How many people here are running 17.5 grams of test per week?

I think it's safe to say there is a massive bias in the medical community, they will distort and exaggerate at every corner to create what they want.

i posted this because i thought all could get a kick out of hearing about the newest breaking news with aas...
not because i believe these writings,
there was another thread about a study published that says all studies are flawed, a fact which alot of us have already known technicall statistics along with half, or one sided truths can be used to prove almost ANYTHING!
go with what YOU know.

i thought you all knew that already. even though they were using roughly one third a bb'ers dose, not 1/50th,
but yeah everyone knows aas lowers your immune system. that's what "test flu" is...the test dont make you sick, it just makes it harder for your body to fight off a flu

I think they actually administered 1 shot of TE (250mg) a week. Most of the participants weighed in around 70 or so KG, hence 3.5mg per kilo.

That corresponds to 10g at 50 times the dose, which I bet isn't unheard of in the pro ranks.

What I fail to understand is why these studies shoot themselves in the foot which such stupid statements. They could have gotten away with saying that they used does much less than those used by pro BBers. Instead they pollute their entire article with a statement that the doses were "50 times less than those commonly used by athletes and bodybuilders".

Anyone with no knowledge would be happily impressed with a lesser statement and everyone else laughs at the statement used. They mention this '50 times less" aspect more than once. It ridicules the whole project and it's not as though these guys are idiots. Why do they do it?

They specifically state that the drugs lowered Killer cells, I read from Gary Null (research scientist) that if you eat sugar that it lowers your immune system by 50% for 24 Hrs.

I'm not sure if its the same mechanism or even end result BUT.

I'd like to see some comparitive studies on other drugs like caffine, artifical sweetners, ibuprofen to see if they have any of the same effects on the immune system.

lol the study gruop was only 24 people. Got to love those tiny studies and they never really said anything about the people's health weight or anythinng like that before they started the experiment.
