So anybody know of some serious lifting magazines that post actual training information? Of all the mainstream ones I've found Musclemag to be the least crappy, and even that is just barely good ebough for toilet reading. Thoughts?
i prefered muscular development over the others... i havent read one in a few years but they at least used to talk fairly openly about juice and such...
powerliftingUSA has some good info, but its mostly a lot of competition results...
