HELP!!!!!!!! i experience serious ingrown neck hair. i was shaving with a Mach 3 turbo, and read on the internet that you should use a 2 blade razor to minimze ingrown hair. I switched to a 2 blade razor and even bought no-bump aftershave made for african-americans. Nothing has helped. My neck is covered with red scars from my picking at the hairs with a twezer! Can anyone help!!!
