Hello my friends

First time posting

Stats: 201lb
183 cm
29 y.o.

Here is the deal. I have been training for 4 years. Last year I did my first cycle, consisting in t. Cypionate, Masteron and Winstrol. 4 months later I run Turinabol and Winstrol (this time oral) and today I'm pushin in with sustanon 250, Deca and Turinabol.
My trainer is a professional bodybuilder with grate renown in my country (Portugal).

Well, here is the thing: in all those years and even with the gear I have : ZERO RESULTS!!!!

The only thing that happens to me is my fat that increases dramatically, but I have no forms, no increases of strength and absolutely no ripping marks.

I will no worrie you with my training or my alimentation because I've being followed by this master. When bulking I eat clean and when cutting I eat cleaner, both way with my calories counted to assure maximum growth / muscle preservation.

This is weird my friends and I don't want to quit...

What can I do...

My trainer says that I ve the slowest metabolism on earth ( endomorph) and that I need to cut 90% of my carb intake even on bulking.

I don't know what to think.

What do you think guys? Have seen anyone like me?

By all means, worry us with your diet regimen. At least tell us how many calories you get a day on your bulking routine.
 
So are you gaining while on cycle then losing it? Your pct is probably crap or your gear is crap. Do you do anything to help hpta recovery after you cycle?
 
I'm eating about 3500 Cal a day, breakfast 1: oatmeal 100gr + whey or 5 egg whites, breakfast 2: whey or eggs; lunch: 250 grams of lean chicken breast or turkey steak.; mid day: whey and a tuna and a banana. Dinner: same amount of chicken or fish but with vegetables or salad ( a lot). Before bed: casein or a piece of chicken with few almonds.

On my cycle I always do nolva, on pct I do legalon, pregnyl/dufine, and nolva for almost 3 weeks.

I train 5 days a week, one muscle group each day and 20 minutes of slow cardio after.

What do you think?
 
The thing is that I am not able of loosing fat at a certain point, I can't see any muscle separation. The more I grow the fatter I become, regardless my clean diet..
 
Nolva prob wouldn't inhibit gains on cycle though it wouldn't be my first choice to run on cycle. So your gear is bunk or your genetics are bunk lol. Do you experience any growth or strength gains on cycle? Is nolva, hcg, and milk thistle your full pct?

This may be the last thing you want to hear, but I would strongly urge you to get a full panel blood-test from a doctor or other health provider.
You may have a pituatary gland problem and poor insulin sensitivity too. Getting a complete hormone panel including:

Progesterone
Prolactin
E1,2,3
SHBG
Free testosterone
Total testosterone
LH
FSH
LFT

And even an MRI of your pituatary would rule out/in a benign growth which sometimes appears, that can have negative effects on other hormone production and responses.

If your products aren't fakes or poor quality then there is possibly some sort of medical condition that may be responsible for your lack of progress. Good news is, there's much that can be done to correcting hormonal deficiencies once they're identified.

I ve done an hormonal test. The doctor said that everything was all right. Except my free testosterone... My levels are from a 60 y.o. man... He said that if I have no sexual problems there is no nothing to worry about, since my androgenic state is good. Although, I did exams to my head and my testicles, thank god everything was fine.

My stuff is good cause I am surrounded by acknowledged people who certified it.

Wierd case hum...
 
Yes, I feel growth and some more strength, yet my fat are just glued and doesn't come out, ao I don't know the "real" gains.. On September's 2012 I was 79 kg and today I am at 91kg but with a lot of weight from water and fat. I am around 25% bf. Really don't know what to do.

I've done insanity from beach body ( before cycles and gym work) for almost 9 months, and I haven't see the form of my abs

Listen, man, if you are 25% bodyfat and stuck... something is wrong. One one hand, we can assume all you say is true and exactly as you state... i.e., clean diet, hard training, good gear. If this is the case, you have something wrong inside your body. I've never heard of someone being stuck at 25% bodyfat after working out for 4 years, eating clean, having the best juice and the best trainers with the best workout plans. It's almost impossible... unless you have something wrong inside your body... be it thyroid problems or what.

On the other hand, I don't see how your daily diet plan gets your to 3500 calories. Maybe I'm just not adding it up right in my head... I just glance at foods and tally up calories for an average in my head.

I would really like to see a pic, but that's up to you.
 
Maybe like your trainer said, try cutting your cals low and carbs next to nothing. Some people are really carb sensitive though your issue sounds more serious than a carb intake issue
 
Next move is low carb diet, high reps workout and the gear must be different, something like Winstrol Masteron and no long testosterone release. I ll keep u posted of my (un) progress..

You still should have strength gains irregardless of your carb intake or even AS use.

Something doesn't sound right
