week 1-10 400mgs eq/week
1-10 400mgs t400/week
1-8 50mgs winny/day
1-6 100mgs fina eod
week 5-10 50mgs anavar ed
week 11-20 25 mgs anavar ed

the questions I have are, How much clomid is needed and when to start, how much arimidex is needed, and when to start. And should I use clen for it's anti catabolic properties

Make sure you take the 25mg/day of Anavar all in the morn as that is the best way to bridge. Take the Arimidex at .25mg/Day through out your cycle. Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq, start with 300mg/Day for the first day of Clomid use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next week take 50mg/Day and the final week take 50mg/every other day

can I ask wh yyou decided to run your winny in the begining? I would have waited a few weeks and ended with it...just my opinion!

I'm with CW on the winny....I'd personally run it with the anavar....but, that's me....
