As long as you don't sleep with them in you should be fine. Just use drops whenever they get dry.

watch out for impaired night vision when driving though.... this doesn't have anything to do with the contacts, it is just one of the possible side effects of the drug.

Directly from the PDR: "...decreased night vision, DECREASED TOLERANCE TO CONTACT LENSES...vision problems" I used it at 80mg/day for several months back when I was 16, wore contacts the whole time, and my eyes were constantly dry....had to use drops all throughout the day. Worked like a charm on the acne though!
