I have been reading many posts from you and you seem like very knowledable person in regards to steroids.
who are you?

Check my currrent cycle.

10 weeks

600mg Ip Sustanon
.25mg of arimadex.

My diet I am trying to eat tons of food keeping the macronutrients all even.

Basically a 33/33/33 type of diet. Is this okay or should I lower fat and raise carbs. My fats come from healthy choices not grease and crap like that.

I usually eat 2500 calories but I am trying to hit a minimum of 3000.
Goal is to increase size and strength.

Im 26
6ft
220lbs 14% fat.. Shrunk due to not ttrainig for 5 weeks due to an injury.

first off, you are a big boy, start eating like one

at your weight, if all out size is your goal you should be eating about 4400cals per day, 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight is best. carbs and fats you should split as you see fit, according to how your body reacts to them, a good rule of thumb is to stop eating carbs past 6pm, all protein and fats from there

the cycle is legit, although IP tends to be a bit underfilled, so i would shoot for 750mg/sustanon/week split into 2 shots

arimidex, there are much better choices then IP's, femera you can obtain cheaper and acheave much better results with, as arimidex can lower your IGF-1 levels it can potentially cut into your gains, femera has no negetive impact on igf-1
