I think just a day of observance is the way to handle this event. I went to a ceremony this morning were only about 25 people attended to remember the victims. It was pretty sad because we have seemed to lose that bond we all had the first couple of years after the incident. Maybe our country hasn`t changed or grown from 9-11, but I would think that we could take some time to reflect and not forget what happened. Just sayin`. Holiday=No.
