Perhaps I would recommend that you add pineapple to your diet? This would give you at least a few hours of good sleep with this fine lady before the odor begins. As an aside, you could install a fire alarm that you could trigger with your toes if need be.

Based upon prior letters from you, I don't see how this would be any different nor affect your performance. Perhaps you would even have longer strides if you tried using astroglide.

Of course it relies on the type of hair that you have, however, I highly recommend Paul Mitchell products - with that said, since many here on EF are folically challenged, simply Ivory soap would work just fine.

Not oily, not dry, not dyed, not heat-damaged, not perm-damaged, not thinning, not any of those problems that they write on the shampoo bottles. It's just hair. I guess "normal" hair is abnormal now.
