Semi-Hardcore Cycle . . . please critique

Hi guys, this is a cycle I'm trying to put together for a friend. He's got two low-dose test cycles and a winstrol only cycle under his belt. Please make any suggestions, but these are the only compounds he has to work with, so please don't add any more into the mix. He wants some mass, but he'd really like to harden and cut up.

He may be alittle gyno-prone, so the arimidex I think is a must. Also, someone please remind me of the best way to run clomid, there seems to be a little debate on that recently.

Looks good - and well written I might add. Only thing you might want to do is drop the winny down 2 weeks and take it right up to clomid therapy. It's short half life will allow that.

Thanks for the advice genarr. He's actually got more winny, do you think he could run it eight weeks to drag it out until the end, or would you just start at week 6?

looks good to me, although I wouldn't frontload the cyp as your friend is kicking off with dbol......What would be the use of frontloading the cyp?

I don't know. Maybe there would be no use. Should he just run like 600mg/week throughout?

That's a pretty high dose for test cyp. Why not just run it as 400 for 12 weeks. Start the winny in week 9 and run to week 15, starting clomid in week 16.


OR

just keep the cyp at 400 throughout and run winstrol from weeks 7-12 and start clomid in week 13

Ditto on genarr's advice, but i'd bump it down 3 weeks, since the longest ester in your cycle is undecyclenate (sp) which half life is aroun 21 days or so.

This is not a flame to anyone just a statement:

This is something that people should understand about frontloading. Please excuse me if I don't explain it that well (maybe Zyg. can elaborate) I'm not good at explaining things!Frontloading w/test or any other long acting injectable aas will make your blood concentrations of that particular aas peak sooner! Now, when adding d-bol to the mix you are getting a different aas into your blood stream which works in a different way than the injectable that u frontloaded and what do we call it when trying to stack diff. aas that have diff. mucle building properties?-----SYNERGY.

D-bol gives u a diff. effect than other injectables and you want that no matter if u r frontlaoding or not!

Well, it's up to you really. I'm on the same cycle minus the winny and 200 more mgs of eq a week, and I frontloaded the first two weeks with good results, so personally, i like the frontload. It helped kick in the eq by the third week instead of waiting twice as long to see results.

Looks like a good basic cycle... but save him some money next time and hook him up with Liquidex. It is half the price of arimidex.

That's why I titled it "semi" hardcore. But, you're right, there are guys on this board that do that in a week.
