Self Tanning Pills?

hey all, was wondering if anyone could reccomend a brand of self tanning pills to me that wouldn't turn me orange

i am very fair skinned, blond hair, and blue eyes and the salon just makes me a dark red

any info is greatly appreciated, i figured this would be a good place to ask since tanning is important to the sport.

Tanning Spray not the pills!!!

try to use Tanning Spray. That shit works wonders. I used it like 3 weeks ago for the first time and it is great. I have the same problem, i burn like a lobster in those tanning beds. With this shit you spray let dry take a shower and you have a nice bronze tan. Good Luck. If you have any questions just email me.

I'm looking into pills because I'm worried about my skin getting nasty from the tanning beds.

Here in Texas they have these new whole body spray on tans at some of the tanning parlors. I have a friend that used the "Mystic Tan" machine, and although it only lasts 4-5 days, it really looks good on her. The way they do it (almost like a shower) does a very even job - at least for her.

I'm not sure if it's available where you are, but you may want to look in on it. I have nothing to do with these guys, hell, I work in Telecom, but it looks like a decent product.

Canthaxian or whatever they are called

Those tanning pills of old, I forget the exact name, but it is something like Canthaxian or something. They are bad for you. They do not cause cancer, but they do burst red blood cells which can lead to anemia and in the most serve cases, death. They have been banned by the FDA I believe.

Just go for shorter periods in the bed, and give it some time, hell this aint no instant tan !

I have seen this product before as well. I have tried other L-Tyrosine containing blends and have not been successful. Most of those that I have tried claim to be "tan aids" to be used in conjunction with beds or the real McCoy. I have not found that they have an special results. Prehaps this product is different, but I would certainly err on the side of skepticism. I doubt if it works. Try an artifical bed. I am a fair skinned Irishman. I have found that if you do not stay into to long you will not irratate your skin that much but you will get darker.

I've used the Canthax.....whatever, before. If you tan and use it, it works great.
Downfall is the palms of your hands and the bottoms of your feet turn orange. Literally orange.
