seized notice question

Anyone know how long it takes to get a notice telling you your package has been seized? One of my buddies ordered something domesticallly about a week and half ago hasn't got any info on the package at all?

it is a set up delivery so that they get u as soon as u sign for it

Yeah but if they want a sig and you know the package is your gear don't sign shit...tell them your aren't expecting a package and close the door.
