I also recieved a free box a while back, along with 4 bottles of myostat from cytodyne. I tried it out for a while, did not seem to work. It is just a blend of amino's. If you take a shake or eat protien before bedtime it will be basically the same thing, but protien is better. I think it is more targeted for the older people. but you got it for free so take it.

yea i figured it was for older popele to try and help them feel young again,. im thinkin the blend was mostly arginine and ornithine to help with the release of GH, but whatveer, it tastes really goog, im gonna still take it

Since you got it for free, I'd say it was worth it .

If someone gave me a free box, I'd probably try it. I don't think I'd buy it though, it's expensive and doesn't have any real growth hormone, just amino acids they say will "promote GH release". I'd rather save the $$ and do some deadlifts to promote GH release.

If you try it and it works though - please let us know!
