second thoughts

alright im still researching and planning my cycle of sust only and im starting to have second thoughts. im afraid of gaining too much fat off of the sust and loosing speed(trying to make a college football team as a tailback) so now im starting to second guess the sust and just run deca. but i dont kow if i will gain enough weight in time(20-30 lbs) by sept. anyone on what i should do
 
are you serious? Do not run deca alone because i dont thin youll get the results your looking for. How is sus gunna make you fat? Ask ANYONE here, your diet is key. i would rrun sus and aifm to keep you dry.
 
As said diet is key, that being said test in no way can Make you fat. there have been studies where even guys that did not work out and kept same diet burned b/f and gain muscle doing normal every day activities.. folks get "fat" when they go on a cycle and boost up cals at all cost meaning eating everything and anything.. If diet is good and planned you will not get fat..
 
gaining 20 to 30 in 2months AND keeping your same speed is going to be close to impossible IMO. either way keep your diet strict and run some test and you will gain size.
 
Thats alot of wake to hope for, but you'll need a Test with that to come close to those results
 
i definately did not get fat off of either of my sustanon cycles. some letro did the trick for me. bro...500mg's sustanon with a clean diet, cardio and some letro and you'll see some fuckin awesome gains.

i'm asuming that this is you're first cycle? if so...you will probably be able to get near your goal.

As was mentioned, diet is the key to fat or muscle gain...not the type of AAS that you use.

Bro, whats your current weight? And is this your first cycle ever?

The reason I ask is because I played Division 1 ball, and did my first cycle my sophomore year. I went from 195 to 215 on a very very poorly done TestE only cycle. I say poorly because I had no idea wtf I was doing, and basically cycled all wrong.

As you can see I gained 20 pounds on just Test alone, and could have gained a lot more if I had a clue how to cycle correctly and how to diet properly. Im GLAD i didnt gain more however, because I played wide receiver and after finishing my cycle my legs were SO FUCKIN HEAVY compared to what I was used to, i actually had to cut back down to about 205 to be able to gain my quickness in the open field back. I was strong as fuck, and fast but I lost a bit of quickness and endurance from not being used to carrying that much weight. I would hate for you to be going out as a tailback and put on a tremendous amount of weight that you arent used to carrying and end up hurting your chances at earning some reps on the field.

I definitely would not run the Deca by itself. I would stick with a low dose of Sust. The sides associated with deca if you happen to be one of the individuals prone to them, are definitely NOT something you want as a male in college. Whereas you cant go wrong with Sust for the most part, and you will not gain much fat at all if you diet remotely correctly and dont pig out on cheeseburgers and pizza constantly. Eat just remotely clean and you will be fine.

However I would still like to know your stats... height, weight, cycle history... in order to provide you better advice for your current situation. :coffee:
