1st cycle was test 600mg wk 1-12
deca 400mg wk 1-9
starting pct this sunday
so far so good have not been shut down and as far as sides go nips were sore here and their Aifm took care of that.

started at 204 now at 228 lbs like i said sunday starts my pct
bf was 15 now its 11
in and out of the gym for 15 yrs been solid for 10 months i hit the gym just about twice a day 45 mins per body part 5 days a wk sat sometimes
i hit each group trap chest delt hams quad tri bi's back calfs days where the groups are to close i do abs and cardio 3 day or rest between same body part sometimes 4 and diet is in check 30 to 50 grams every 2.5 to 3 hours i love being a manager with a fridge.
looking at my April cycle 2nd cycle
i want some size and to lean out at the end but their are so many to pick from i think i have narrowed it down
want to do a 12 to 14 wker
i have 20 cc @ 250 each of sus thinking of running it 750 wk for 12 wks so i would need more sus
but eveyone seems to go the test E route maybe 500 mg wk for 12 wks
was thinking of adding Proviron but not sure
i want to try tren a not sure about Eq and or winny but i have the winny already along with the Proviron but i can hold on to them for later use if needed
so what test would you guys go with get more sus or test e
sus m/w/f/ 750 wk 1-12
or test e 500 wk like sun and wed wks 1-12
EQ maybe 400 to 600 wks 1-12
tren a not sure?

Proviron seems 50 mg ed wks 1-12
Dbol 30 to 60 mg ed wks 1-4
any ideas on dosages
