Second one is comming up Need some advice

1st cycle was test 600mg wk 1-12
deca 400mg wk 1-9
starting pct this sunday
so far so good have not been shut down and as far as sides go nips were sore here and their Aifm took care of that.

started at 204 now at 228 lbs like i said sunday starts my pct
bf was 15 now its 11
in and out of the gym for 15 yrs been solid for 10 months i hit the gym just about twice a day 45 mins per body part 5 days a wk sat sometimes
i hit each group trap chest delt hams quad tri bi's back calfs days where the groups are to close i do abs and cardio 3 day or rest between same body part sometimes 4 and diet is in check 30 to 50 grams every 2.5 to 3 hours i love being a manager with a fridge.


looking at my April cycle 2nd cycle

i want some size and to lean out at the end but their are so many to pick from i think i have narrowed it down
want to do a 12 to 14 wker

i have 20 cc @ 250 each of sus thinking of running it 750 wk for 12 wks so i would need more sus
but eveyone seems to go the test E route maybe 500 mg wk for 12 wks
was thinking of adding Proviron but not sure
i want to try tren a not sure about Eq and or winny but i have the winny already along with the Proviron but i can hold on to them for later use if needed

so what test would you guys go with get more sus or test e

sus m/w/f/ 750 wk 1-12
or test e 500 wk like sun and wed wks 1-12


EQ maybe 400 to 600 wks 1-12
tren a not sure?
winny not sure?
Proviron seems 50 mg ed wks 1-12
Dbol 30 to 60 mg ed wks 1-4
any ideas on dosages

I think the reason nobody responded is that your goals are not real clear, at least not to me,add size, lean out- and why would you run the sust at a higher dose then you would run test e?
my opinion is you started with a bigger then needed first cycle, ok no biggie, for a second cycle you could run either test, since you already have sust i would go that route for that fact. or do both start with sust then switch to test e insted of buying more sust that is up 2 you..but there is really no need to switch up the doses . keep in mind test [any test] can be used to bulk up or cut up, that is all training and diet...
I would stay away from tren, imo not a beginer drug.
proviron is good but not if you like your hair, I love it and use it but i keep my head shaved bald anyway.
you can throw in the eq, just keep in mind for me as well as a lot of others it increases hunger eat everything in sight..
If it were me 2nd cycle i would start with the sust u already have at 500mg and switch to test e when out of sust-at 500mgs as well- with eq along the lines you said 400-600.. diet will control whether you bulk or cut-- and if you got the proviron already use it at 25-50 mgs a day I use it at 25 a day some will say its too low a dose but we all react different.
with a good diet and proper pct that is a decent cycle.
 
ok i would like to add about 8 to 12 pounds of lean muscle but wanted to add some compounds to help cut me up at the end.
