in 2004 my buddy hooked me up with deca. I can't remember what the cycle was but I I did it and gained about 21 pounds and was very happy. I knew many people back then who were taking deca and got no acne from it however I did produce significant acne in the center of my chest and behind each shoulder resulting in me never taking my shirt off. Anyhow, afterwords, I was convinced I had "b**ch t*ts" (sorry, I don't remember the actual term for it) so someone on these forums pointed me to some internet site and told me the name of some sort of liquid I was to buy and take a dropper each day (which tasted horrible) and the issue was taken care of.
Fast forward to now, I would like to have another go with some sort of gear but my main concern is the acne. of all the possible side effects from taking deca, I got none of them except the acne. I was concerned that my heart rate would go through the roof as if I used cocaine but was pleasently suprised to find out that other than being able to military press 225, and being unusually large(for me) I felt completely normal in the gym.
Anyhow, I am 6ft about 180lbs right now. the deca interested me back then because I was told that unlike a lot of gear, if I kept working out after the cyle my results would be much more permanent than other types of gear.
Are there any recommendations for me at this time which would produce the result I am looking for (maybe 15 or 20 pounds) and are extremely mild in the side effect department? matter of fact, just mild period?
also, because I've forgotten most of what I knew about gearing up, could you also explain to me what I would expect from said supplement?
