Well its been awhile since i have posted but i have been lurking. My new question is what would be a good second cycle. My first was test @ about 200 mg twice a week. I had massive gains. I went from 171 to a whopping 198. i overhauled my diet my sleep my whole life. Well my cycled ended in june or july. I am ready for my second one and i want big gains agian. I am currently at about 189 to 190. After the last cycle i went back to college and completely stop lifting. So now for the first time in my life i have a little fat on me. Anyway I wanna go at it again. What would you guys recommend. Stats. 6'0 189lb 23. Thanks for anything in advance and for making the last cycle what it was.
