Second cycle!

My first cycle was 30mg dbol for 4 weeks and 600mg ara-test for 8 weeks. I gained about 30lb, but lost half off it (water/fat mostly). I've also just finished up clomid therapy and am now at ~215, 10.2% bf (7 site caliper test).

I'd like some input on my next cycle :

50mg winny ed for weeks 1-8
100mg prop eod for weeks 1-8
400mg eq / week for weeks 1-10

Have nolva, clomid and arimidex.

Should I add more winny? I can carry on the prop longer, cause I'm getting some extra - should I? How about the eq, should I do 8 weeks at 600mg instead?

I'm looking mostly to lean out and add some definition/cuts.

That looks like a killer cycle Fresh! You could run the Prop for 10 weeks if you like. I think the doses look good for a second cycle. Are you goin to site inject the prop ? when are you starting ?

M18 : Yeah, I'm gonna site inject the prop and I think I'll change it to run all 3 for 10 weeks!

Right, I didnt mention the clomid. I'm gonna take it 3 weeks after last shot, 300mg first day, 100mg ed first week, 50mg ed 2nd week, 50mg eod 3rd week.

The only thing I'm worried about is carrying the winny for 10 weeks. Might be a bit much.
 
10 weeks is a little long as Winny can be a little hard on the liver but as long as you use your liver protectors you should be doin great. Try this for the liver
This was originaly made by E2 and are liver protectors:

Standardized silymarin 160 mg + 3x/day

Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day

Alpha lipoic acid 100 to 200 mg 3x/day

Glycyrrhizinate Forte 1 capsule 3x/day

N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day

Glutamine powder 2g to 12g 3x/day (1 heaping teaspoon = 4g, 1 hpg tablespoon = 12 grams)

Omega 3 fatty acids 2 to 3 capsules 3x/day

Thanks Mustang, I'll do that.

If I wanna lean out on this cycle, what should my calorie split look like? Assuming I'm 215, 10%, I'm planning on going for 2600cals/day, with a 50/30/20 protein/fat/carb split. Anyone wanna chime in on my proposed diet?

For training I want to do low reps/high sets, for some increase in strength and muscle density. I'll do cardio (incline walk) 4-5x a week for 40min. Weight training 3x a week -

day1 - chest/bi
day2 - legs/abs
day3 - tris/shoulder

I'm mainly interested in feedback about my diet and training. Last bump, I promise :)
