Do option #2, but only run the deca for 8 weeks. Any longer than that and you could risk getting titties! Also, do 600mgs of test. I know I increased the dosages but your tall and its harder to pack on size for tall guys.

thanks for all the replies guys, in a last minute switch Deca it is, to be honest its the one Ive been wanting to use...its just the progesterone was scaring me, I guess if its bothering me that much I can buy some bromo/dostinex and have it there just in case...problem solved...
