Second cycle (The bulker classic)

Hello, first of all WOW. I am impressed of Elite Fitness community. Bodybuilders who help each other without any return. It is like a brother hood over here. I am honored to be a part of this community :D You dont see flamewar between members here or any other bullshit.

Anyway,

I am currently planning my second cycle. My first cycle was 500 Test enth for 10 weeks and I got gyno signs and used nolvadex to take care of that. That was my only side effect from Test. I responded well, and gained around 26 pounds of muscles, lost two or one pounds after coming off due to my aggressive PCT regimen.

So I planned my second cycle to be a classic bulker (Test, Deca, Dbol) My goal is to bulk up and put around 30 pounds of muscles.

Stats:
5'6" tall, 182 pounds, 12% bodyfat been training for one year and a half, age 24


Cycle:

Dbol weeks 1 - 4 30MG ED (weekends off)

Test Enthnate 500 MG EW weeks 1 - 10

Deca 400 MG EW weeks 1 - 9

For GYNO, I will be using 20 MG Nolvadex daily. I dont want to use Arimidex for two reason, I dont get bloated from test and it is expensice compared to NolvaDex, all I want is something to control gyno.

Liver support:milk thistle & Forged Liver support.

PCT protocol:


My PCT is quite aggressive,
Starts 1 week after last injection and lasts for 45 days. 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for 45 days and 50 mgs Clomid ED for 30 days + Sustain Alpha (45 days) + Unleashed (45 days. )+ HCGenerate (45 days)+ GEAR (To prevent catabolism) . However, I will have Dsoniex (caber) on hand if I have libido problems from DECA.

Diet:
I am planning on a high calorie diet, around 5000 first 3 weeks of cycle, bumping it up till 6000 calories per day. 7 meals a day. 400g of protein.

Question:
Should I run Dsoniex(Caber) 0.5 mg twice a week just to make sure the prolactin levels are being controlled? OR should I keep it on hand only when I face libido issues?

hello & welcome to elite. I dont think you're supposed to use nolvadex with a cycle that included deca. Ill let the more experienced explain. Looks like it will be a real nice cycle. You may gain 30lbs, it wont be 30lbs of muscle although it will feel like it :). Good luck to u man!

Yeah, I wanna keep my goals realstic a little bit, some of it will be fat and water. But I wanna get out with 20 pounds of lean mass or around it. :D That is why I am planning to eat like a pig!
 
Hi there: Many would suggest that nolv is a no no whilst taking Deca.

Nolva has been shown in studies to increase PgR while using 19nors such as deca and tren. PgR is the Progesterone Receptor and with more active, it gives more chances of the metabolites to bind to increasing gyno. I know people who were fine while using nolva and deca but everyone is not the same.

To be on the safe side, order some adex or letro and start on .25mg ED until sides subside.
 
No novla with deca.....actually just don't use NOvla @ all....

Training for a year and a half and this is already your 2nd cycle? Slow down brotha, it's a marathon not a sprint...

You need to have realistic goals, you can put on 30lbs with this cycle but no more than 10 pounds of that will be muscle. In body building adding 10-15 pounds of contest weight per year is considered tremendous progress.

I can tell you from personal experience that going up to 6000cals will be a big mistake especially with at 182lbs. You will get very fat. There is no need for more than 4500 cals at your weight, 400grams protein, 500grams carbs and <100 grams fats will be a good bulking diet if your metabolism is very fast but you will still add a decent amount of body fat, work your way up to these numbers over 4-6 weeks.
