Bf% - 12%
Cycle history - 1 cycle @ 12 weeks test c
Okay weighing up options for second cycle. First cycle was fail as I didn't research enough. (I wish I found this site then)
I guess the choice of cycle could depend on my goal.
My goal is to add lean mass and solid strength. I'm not overly interested with putting on 12kg in weight with plenty of water or fat.
Since my last cycle which ended in February I have learnt so much more about diet, cycle support, pct and training. All thanks to EF. I am currently on sarms to get BF% to 10 and maintain weight as this should be a good platform for the next cycle.
Been reading some good logs of Ph cycles with beast and katana.
I am considering this or another run of 12 weeks test with a beast kick start eating leaner than last time.
I guess I am comparing apples and oranges in some way.
What are your thoughts?
