Second Cycle--need some pro suggestions

hey guys,
im plannin to go on my second steroid cycle.

my first cycle was Test cyp-1000/week with 450mg deca/week ( i know the doses were resiculously high) and ofcourse the goodies like hcg clomid and adex.

i went from 145lbs to 175lbs and then came down to 165 with 15% body fat(right now)
which isnt too bad for my height (5'8)

the next cycle i am looking into is Dbol for first 2 weeks, EQ, and test (not sure which one)
im also plannin to run hcg from week 2 or 3 into my cycle n would like to know how exactly its done..as in how much adex shud i take so the gains arnt being supressed.

my diet stands at 4000-4500 cals a day with about 175-200 gms of protien.

my main motive of this second cycle is power i can keep and lean muscle mass.

what do u guys have to say? any other suggestions?
 
Honestly bro i wouldn't do another cycle, you could have gained a lot more before starting your first and im a little awestruck as to why you used such large dosages. I took 500 mg of test a week my first cycle and i gained at least that. Not trying to be a huge dick but 165 at 15 % bf is by no means large. You need to workout without juice and gain naturally for at least another few years, you could have easily have gained that 30 pnds with a solid diet and training alone. My advice is do not start another cycle.

According to your post in 2009 when you started the cycle, you were 160lbs, not 145. And you were runnign 500mg test, not 1000.

It doesn't sound like you did much research last time (and only took the advice of the people who AGREED with what you were doing), and you still haven't done much research.

Like stated above, at 5'8", 165, and 15% BF, you're not very big. You netted 5lbs from a test deca cycle last time.

I think you have a bunch of things to get inline before you run another cycle. And then when that is done, run a test only cycle and do it right.
 
Lots of these threads popping up lately with people stating they are running 750mg-1000mg of test EW and gaining 9 lbs etc...So many random stories in the AAS forum right now lol

increase your protein intake from the 175grams you are eating now to 400+grams and that will be an amazing food cycle
