Second cycle help

I need some help,I'm doin a lot of research but still know not that much.I want to do another cycle but the more I look into it the more I get lost.
First cycle was sustanon 250 and dbol.can't remember what my pct was but all is good.had a medical and im 100% healthy.
I'm 6 foot and 14.8 st with about 15% body fat.
The problem is I get what I want but the sellers know f##k all about it.
Any help is nice
 
Training routine? Goals? Last cycle time? Age? Years training? and pardon my ignorance but approx what weight is 14.8 st (what is the conversion rate)

Sorry about the weight but I live in Ireland.I'm 207 lbs and nearly 30 years old.training for five years.4-5 times a week.3 sets of 8-10 and last set to failure.I usually finish with intense cardio for 15 mins,running or cross trainer.
My goal would be to put on about 20 lbs while keeping bf under control.my diet at the mo is very good.I have changed it completely and lost 14lbs of fat.looking ok but need a lot of work.
Sorry to sound like a noob,but I am.I heard this was a great place to learn and that is why I'm here.I want to do this right when I finally do set on it.
 
i would read up on here and soak up knowledge. you can always improve your workouts and diet so don't be afraid to.

how did your first cycle go? that type of cycle should of resulted in good gains.

you can look into primo and test as a 2nd cycle. with dbol again as a kicker

then as a 3rd cycle you can see if deca is the right thing for you. you need a solid PCT with deca though so wait till you are ready

Nothing at all wrong with doing another sust./dbol cycle
but as I hinted at, you'd be better of learning alot more about gear and PCT before even doing another cycle involving anything. you'll get the most out of it that way

I'm on a a great diet now.my wife got it for me and prepares ALL of my food.every meal and snack put into tubs and brought to work.only found drinking water hard.(3 liters a day)pissing like a race horse.

Gains were good on first cycle.retained a bit of water but I looked good after pct.I was stupid though and more concerned about what I looked like and not what's goin on inside.
My training changed today to super setts.getting bf down for summer.

7:00am grilled haddock,roasted peppers and courgettes
10:00am 100g chicken with tomato sliced
1:00pm 150g turkey with green salad,steamed broccoli.
3:30pm 100g chicken and few pecan nuts
6:00pm 150-200g steak with steamed green beans and broccoli
I drink about 3 litres of water a day.
It's not the same every day,I change the fish and meat about.(lamb for a treat)I throw in some brown rice for carbs when the body needs it.pre workout or post.
Strict no cheat meals
This is only for a few weeks.I'm tightening up for summer.
What u think?

Throw in a palm size of nuts two-three times per day bet meals, Nuts are calorie dense and provide your body with micro nutrients.
 
Stick to a single ester test like cyp for 10 weeks kickstart with dbol for 4 weeks and then bridge to pct with winnie to harden the gains. Imo
