Second cycle advice

Would love any feedback cause I want to get it right.want to get some nice lean gains.
First about me.....
I'm 6 foot and 210lbs and bf of about 13%.I'm 30,been lifting a few years now.I train the usual 3 sets of 10 and last to failure.cardio 2 maybe 3 times a week of high intensity for 25 mins.my diet is good now but was shite.got lazy about bulking and just ate shite but I have lost nearly 20lbs of fat.I get to the gym 3-4 days but am building a small one out the back of my house.(just a converted big shed).
So here is my cycle
10 week course
210 dbol week 1-6
Winstrol tabs week 7-10
2 shots a week of half ml of test 400 + 1ml of test 300
Total 500 per shot = 1000 a week +350 dbol so it 1350 test a week 1-10
 
Are you sure you need a gram a week?

What was your first cycle?
What were your gains?
What did you keep after pct?
 
You don't need over a gram of test and you certainly don't need 10 weeks of orals it's a waste

I thought it was a lot of test in a week but I was told it was ok.im still learning a lot so that is why I'm here.any suggestions

Sustanon 250 and dbol.10 week cycle,I can't remember what my pct was.(it was over a year ago)
I gained about 20lbs and kept just over 10lbs.

i have been well over a gram and there isnt much benefit to it at all, i am growing just fine on 750 odd at the moment.

personally why not run test at 500mg a week, kickstart 4 weeks dbol 30mg ed , just keep it simple, make sure your diet and training are rocking and you will see some really positive gains, feel fantastic and hopefully have limited sides. no need to get adventurous on your second cycle , :supercool

I will do as CSB advised you..
1-10.wk test 500mg (split)
1-5 wk. Dbol.30 mg split(am-pm)

the nice thing for us 30 plus crowd , is your natural test levels have been in decline awhile so i believe we soak it up and really benefit from the above natural levels of test. being your second cycle you will get great gains (if diet and training dailled in) off test alone , saving you alot of money on exotic cycles , and other compounds which can introduce negative side effects

sounds like your training and diet could also use alot of work. why not post up in the relevant section and let the guys / gals help out.

pct i will leave to those who are on top of that at the moment, my situation has left me out of the loop on whats the best course of action at the moment:supercool
