my first {8week)cyc i gained 20 lb, stats now 5'9' 172,,13%bf,,,,my secand cyc i want to do a 8 week cyc starting may first ,750 test enanth,250 sust,400 deca,question is hoy much winny is needed 2 fight deca sides????????? ,,,,,,clomid after of course

you dont need a gram of test in your second cycle... And winny isn't guaranteed to keep away progesterone based sides... But they are very unlikely, unless you are taking more than one progestin... You can use winny if you'd like but you don't need it...
I would make this cycle a 10 week cycle, not 8....

test 500-750mg/week wk1-10
deca 400mg/week wk1-10
(winny week wk8-13)
clomid wk 14, for 4 weeks
