Screwing up cycle, should I stop or continue?

My cycle has been screwed up from week 3. Then I had to go to Europe and now my diet is all crashed. It is the beginning of week 5 and from 3-5 I worked out only 4 times and ate all kinds of crappy food and now I am thinking of starting over or just going on a cutting cycle. I have gained 0 lbs in muscle, and 6 lbs in fat. Most of it from too many calories. They say 'eat, eat, eat', but I do not think that is a wise choice if you are on low doseges of AS.

Week 5 and no more muscle (except a bit from just the workouts), gained 6 lbs of fat which I want to drop my calories back down to 1500 a day to lose. I have 5 weeks left, but I do not know if I am just going to waste the last half of the cycle.

10 weeks
200ml EQ / week
300ml Decca/week

Started 195 lbs (6foot1inch)
Now 204 (gained 2 inches on wasteline)
 
It's up to you. I would say, if you are 'done' in your head, stop the cycle. However, if you still have the urge to go ahead, and feel you can stay focused for the rest of the cycle, go for it. Just chalk all the distractions up to experience and go get some results.

Yeah, your right. I just need to make the best of it right now and start KICKING ASS!

I just do not like the fat gain. It is the most discouraging.
 
Don't be too discouraged. Earlier this year I was on a 10 week deca/test cycle, 400mg each a week. During week 7 I got the flu and couldn't work out or eat for a week. I stayed on the cycle even though I could barely stand when I injected myself. I could hardly tell the difference when I went back to the gym. I hadn't made any gains laying on my ass sick but I picked up where I left off and continued to make progress from there. Stick to it is my advice plus add you some test with it. good luck

So why am i gaining fat, and should I lower my calorie intake?

I was on about 260-300 grams of protien,
100-150 grams of carbs
20-30 grams of fat,
ZERO sugar.

And I gained fat from that diet.
 
Bump for more input on why i am gaining fat. Too many calories on low dosages of AS? Not enough time for the 'kick-in'?
 
If you are gaining fat, then I would say yes your calories are too high. Maybe up your protein and lower your carbs. That should help a little. There is always t3, and it's dirt cheap. You won't gain fat on that, lol.
 
stop, first of all your doses are not significant enouph to generate tissue. take 2 weeks off all gear, still go to the gym and eat. restart the cycle. up deca to 400mg/week and do the same for eq and or add some test (500mg/week is minimum for test)
 
as far as your diet goes, you are not taking in enouph calories to produce growth. i eat more when im dieting

I'm taking in enough to be full 100% all the time and to gain a big tire around my mid section.


I think your right about the doses, I think I need to up them. That is sad, because My friend did 400ml/week (Brovel at that) of decca for 5 weeks and gained 17lbs!

I need to add some Sust though. I need stronger AS, I was trying to be cautious....
