screw dieting!!! time to get JACKED!!

fuck dieting, fuck cutting, fuck cutting cycles..it all ends now time to get jacked ok here's the problem----> i have been "cutting" for 3 years never really "bulked" up.. i have no clue on how to start my journey. i need advice from everything to training to diet. does someone wanna lay out a sample training split and diet routine? or better yet refer me to specific posts reguarding my endevour?
 
i went through hell personally right at the same time i started that, too much crap happend to me that i care not to post.i lost tons of lbm i couldnt eat for a while so im skinny fat right now. plus i live in agony almost everyday with my shoulders aching,burining ect i wanna cry sometimes however they hurt so bad i burst out laughing. i have an appointment in a few days for my shoulders hopefully i can get them fixed. there is no point on cutting for me at this point. i wanna gain at least 20 pounds of rock before i go into a negative caloric atmosphere again. i dont care that its summer..believe me i was hyped all winter long to be ripped to shit by summer...however life gets in the way...i was disapointed at first then i got over it. gaining some muscle will ease the disapointment i hope..

well the only thing I can advise is make a target and stick to it - I am currently trying to cut.

Incidentally are those you pics in the gallery? very impressive

Whats going on with your shoulders? I can tell you now that if your having shoulder pains that bad(in both), bulking up will be even more a challenge. Usually bulking up consists of some heavier weight training. Just go easy on the shoulders if that pain is that bad. You don't want to do anything that would hindle your workouts far down the road. Just hop on the tren/pro/winny Slide and hit the basic movements on a 3 or 4 day split. Leave out most of the isolation excersises for later. Keep it simple and you'll be surprised at the outcome. A clean diet but full of calories and about 3 to 4 shakes a day and 20 lbs even lean is not out of the question....
 
I kept 14lbs off this one:

wk 1-4 dbol 30mgs ed
wk 1-8 test 600mgs ew
wk 1-8 deca 300mgs ew

HCG wks 4-5 500iu's ed.
wk 11 start PCT
day 1 = 300mgs clomid
day 2-11 = 100mgs clomid
day 12-28 = 50mgs clomid
*my body fat tested relatively equal to where I started. Unfortunately I ate like shit.
** i am cutting now. Its always nice to rip up once you put on some lbm!
