The greek law says clearly that the pharmacist isn't allowed to give you any drug that requires a prescription if you haven't got any. That's the theory, now let's get into the practice : 99% of the pharmacists I've ever visited in Greece gave me whatever I wanted, no questions asked. Well some pharmacists may give you a strange look as though you're a junkie or sth, but that's it. Of course they know that they are breaking the law, but who cares. Generally they feel more comfortable when the client is greek than a tourist. Now if you're a tourist, you still can get everything, but maybe with just a little more effort. This means you may have to visit more pharmacies. You shouldn't try to order drugs. Each pharmacy carries 1-3 boxes of each drug. You go in, say '2 testoviron and 2 clomiphene citrate please' with an innocent smile, the pharmacist gives them to you, you pay, then leave and go to the next pharmacy. Repeat this process as many times as needed to collect all your supplies. It's really very simple.
I hope this helps
p.s. after the doping scandals in the recent Olympics, some pharmacists got scared by the buzz that started in the media about anabolics, but the majority of them still sell like I described.
