Ok so currently im doing a 5x5 routine that looks like this:
Mon-Chest and Tri's
Tue-Back and Bi's
Wed-off
Thur-Shoulders/traps
Fri-Legs
Sat and Sun off

My question is this: Is working each muscle group once a week enough? I know most of you probably only work each group once a week, but to me it seems like not enough. I havnt been doing this routine long enough to see whether it works well or not, but i was just curious as to what you guys think. In addition to this routine im doing cardio on mon/wed/fri/sat/sun to try and reduce body fat as low as possible. Im really curious about this, so please go ahead and post your opinions. Im also welcome to any suggestions. Thanks ;)
