Hey, do you know of any good schedules? I am working out right now with a lot of intensity and I was wondering if anyone had any great schedules. See my schedule was a 3 day rotation but I would get sore for more than 3 days cause I am working out hard so I was wondering what I should do...please help I want to get this straightened out asap!

I get good resulst with this
Monday-Chest and Abs
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-off
Thursday-Arms and legs
Friday-Shoulders
Saturday and Sunday-off
