Scary Kitty Sounds Right outside my window!

It sounded like a person at first but now this cat is meowing like crazy and it's really unsettling. I'm stranded down here in the livingroom on my recliner and might have to call DH to come hose down the creepy kitty!

I was asleep on the couch one night, and a stupid cat got in a fight with my cat thru my living room window and me, being half asleep, banged on the window and broke it
costed 80 bucks for the teeny tiny window grrrrr
i throw stuff at that cat now when i see it

I think shortly after I posted this I passed out. It was creepy and still think it was just one cat. Maybe it was having alone time.

Anyway, everthing sounds creepier when you're stranded in a recliner in the middle of the night with the window open, lol.

If you guys learn NOTHING from me or in life in general, please allow me to kill, utterly totally and ruthlessly, the myth about cat breeding in any way hurting the female cat. You have to believe me, they LIKE IT and they are NOT making all that noise because it hurts!!!

I could go into a long explanation about a cat's pleasure center basically being wired into it's kill center but it gets complicated. Try to think of it this way, it's just like human sex. If you do it right and nobody could SEE what you're doing, just heard it, it could potentially be misinterpreted as sounding like it's a bad or painful, right?

Cats like sex and they're making so much noise because it feels good. All the screaming, hissing and rolling around afterwards is major happy, happy. If you ever have a cat that totally gets into catnip it's very much a similar response.

I've spent most of my life living with cats that were whole (unlike the average person who's pets have been neutered before they even go through puberty) and I like to watch animals. I got to know way more about cat sex than I ever wanted to basically living/working in a pedigreed Persian cattery.

I do have some unneutered female cats now, three of my seven in fact (the other four are neutered females), but without boys there's just social behavior, which is interesting all by itself.
