Scar Tissue???? or just bad injection??

Hello, I was injecting 3mls (2mls deca,1ml Sustanon) thru a 23ga 1 1/2" pin every week for about the past eight weeks in my right glute. Now I have a bump/abcess there now and when I feel it or massage it it feels like a knot about the size of a quarter. It's not painfull nor does it look infected or inflamed, it doesn't appear to be going away after 7 days. Often after I inject I will get a small bump and massage it out and it goes away but not this one. Is it scar tissue?? Or worse?? Will it just go away?? Like I said, it's not painfull and no pus or appears to be any sort of infection, just feels like a knot in the muscle. I have since learned to shoot my left glute to finish my cycle. (which is tricky if your right handed)
Obviously due to the nature of the chemicals I was injecting I really don't want to see a doctor and was hoping someone here could help me out. Any advice would be greatyl appreciated!!

I do remember getting a decent sized bump after an injection of Primo a while back. The reason was because I slightly drew up the pin just before I had 100% injected everything. This means that some of your juice is not in the muscle, but has been injected slightly outside the deep injection you need. Can be painful. I would say its possible you are "lifting" the needle a split second too soon and maybe need to make 100% everything has been injected before you withdraw the syringe

better start to rotate sites to hit bro should not the same place that many times in a row scar tissue will build up and it will hurt then try the shoulder or other glute
