I recieved a package that had a big yellow sticker that read "PACKAGE SCANNED" on it. Should I be worried about anything? I have never seen this before.

Nothing else on the sticker? US Customs? or ? I'll bump for info..

it was domestic. nothing else on the sticker. If it was scanned, wouldnt they definately see something?

if it was sent with delivery conf or was express it could just be a sticker stating the tracking number/delivery conf# was scanned.
