I see all these pages like www.steroidworld.com selling books which list suppliers, contacts, etc etc on where to get stuff. Is this a scam, worth buying, or not?

it didnt realize they sold books. i know they sell you access to their site and on it they give email addys to suppliers. most of them are over priced, but its a start.

Personally why pay for a source list, if you can buy it the feds can buy it and track thouse who buy it, sounds like a set up to me. Id just stick around this and other free boards till you find one that catches your eye then check him out like he was going to marry your daughter and you should be alright. Just my thoughts.
