I run a small suplement company, some asshole in Clifton Nj passed a counterfet cashiers check to the airborn express driver for 5k in product off my site. he lives at 1055 main ave. apt 4 if anyone is in the area be carefull! and watch out!!!!
Scamming is scamming whether it be gear or supplements. If the transaction was legal you should report him to the appropriate agency(after giving him a chance to rectify his error) "self help" while very appealing is often not effective and can cost you more in the long run.
btw- as far as I know passing a fake cashiers check is a state and federal crime
Contact the "would-be" issuing bank of the MO he counterfitted (federal crime) and contact the police on the theft (larceny or grand larceny depending on the state) issue.
