SB's Need2Slin Log

Isn't the intended use of this product to shuttle nutrients/carbs to your muscles so you don't store them as fat and can use them as energy? Please explain your reasoning for using this pre/post workout.

I must admit i was thinking the same, i hadnt designed it for that, yes it will give you energy, but its in a way wasting its massive anabolic potential.

Enjoying the log bro, try 3 caps a day 1 cap 25 mins before your 2 main meals with at least 35g carbs no more than 55, and 1 cap last thing at night right before bed, to block cortisol, support test, increase glut uptake, improve nitrogen retention, and promote an anabolic fat burning enviroment through the night.

I generally eat protein and carbs pre and post workout. That is my reasoning. It has worked very well as far as my energy levels so far.

Energy remains great. Took no Pre workout supp today, pump was still awesome. I will probably not take the Pump anymore while on Slin, really don't see a need for it after today. Also no stomach irritation today, so I will go out on a limb and say Needto was right about the Pump screwing with my stomach.

I am going try to use the slin a little diffrent staring today @ the suggestion of Russian Star. I have been completely satisfied with the results the way I have been using it. If it works any better I will be amazed. I have put on about 2 pounds in the last week and actually started to see my lower abs coming thru at the same time. I will post some pics shortly so that you can see for yourself.
 
Taking the day off. Have had a lot of shoulder discomfort. I have changed up the Slin to 3 times a day, bout 30 mins before lunch and supper then last thing at night. Will see in the next couple of days if I can tell any diffrence.
 
Okay I gotta give props to Russian Star, his method seems to really make a diffrence with the Slin. I have had some family issues so I have not been on the ball for the last week. I have been training and continuing the Slin thou. Started taking it once at lunch, once at supper and then again at night before bed with my last shake of the day. Biggest diffrence is in the morning I have been jacked as hell and ready to go. Last couple of days have been outstanding in the gym.

Had some cramping trouble last night, both hamstrings cramped like hell. Other than that workout was great, really getting some definition in my legs and abs. Energy is awesome.
 
Tuesday: Chest

Pec Dec- 4 x 10 250lbs
Dips- 4 x 10 (3 plates)
This shit is awesome. I am ordering more to use while on cycle.
 
Wednesday- I use Wednesday to just relax. I do triceps only, so I am in and out of the gym.

Triceps-

VBar pushdowns- 4x8 @ 150lbs (single Pulley, none of that double pulley pussy shit)
Rope Pressdowns- 4x8 @150lbs
Skull Crushers- 4x8- 135lbs
Wide Grip Pressdowns- 4x8 150 lbs
Close Grip Bench- 4x8 225lbs

I have about one more training week left, I will then take a week off and prepare to start a Test,Tren,EQ,DBol cycle. I will also be adding Slin and Gear to the cycle.
