It was a local contest in Middletown,OH called Monster Mash.

Hey SWB, I will be stopping over there on a regular basis for quad to do my BMI & assist me with posing when the time gets near. I'll probably be working out there on those days as well.

Just to be clear here, I thought Quad did not qualify for the Nationals, thus, he is going to wait a year. Am I wrong? Did he qualify elsewhere?

He had some issues at his last contest that caused him to not qualify but, it is my understanding that he will be attempting to requal again after the first of the year.

Pain in the ass. IMO once you qualify, you should be qualified for ever or atleast for a long time like 5yrs or so. Give the less experienced guys more chance to win State level shows. I know Quad agrees with me on this.

Right on, especially in a case like his where it was due to injury. The bad thing is now, people like me will have to compete against him & that is the difference of night & day. If he's doing the contest I think he is to requal, then it's the one that he also wants me to do for a warm up for my target contest 3 weeks later. If that's the case I sure as hell hope I don't land in his weight class which is very possible because of my height. He'll make me look like a twig.
