Saw Palmetto? - Nelson?

Considering the bad effects that certain AAS can have on the prostate, I was wondering why I see so little mention of using saw palmetto. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks,

Saw Palmetto is a 5 alpha reductase, which means it inhibits the production of DHT. In other words, it's an anti androgen.

Since DHT is necessary for muscle "hardness" and libido, I do not recommend Saw Palmetto.

DHT also acts as an anti estrogen. Using Saw Palmetto increases the sensitivity toward gyno.

Other than that, I never believed DHT was the major culprit in prostate problems. New studies confirm this. It's excess estrogen that is a bigger factor.

Nelson, so you are saying that saw palmetto can actually increase the chances of gyno? Just want to clarify sir. I am currently on a Tren, Mast, Sus, cycle and have been taking it so I need to know if i should cut it from my regimine.

Thanks, Nelson. I am going to do some more research, and you have given me some more things to read up on.
