yes she obviously wants to get back together. the friend knows it because its what they discussed before they met up with you and by her saying yall should make out is her way of speeding things up. she said that the relationship was getting too serious then and now 6 years later shes ready to make babies with ya. be careful

i believe in 2nd chances. get to KNOW her AGAIN. its been 6 years bro. you two are probably two different peolpe now. but because you knew her before it wont be that bad. just take things slow. its not like you just broke up. so give it time bro. dont expect much out of and you wont get hurt in the end if it dont work. im not dr. phil but i hope this helps. good luck man.
