I think it's funny that you should say that because despite the fact that they did infact cut any and all lovey-duvey scenes, this movie felt more romantic (if u can call it that) simply because of the shit that Aniken tries to do to save his wife...I dunno, I thought this atleast...it made it seem a little more genuine in the end.
