Saving opened Sust amp for a few days

If I were to do 250 sust/week, but wanted to split it up and do 125mg avery 3 days, how would I store the opened amp? Or could I open several and transfer the juice into a sterile vial to draw out 125mg at will?

I would just preload another pin with the remaining oil in the amp. It will be fine for a few days...

Preload it in a syringe, dont let it sit there in an open amp.
