sauna questions

you lose only water weight in a sauna, but that only lasts until you drink again right? what happens if you sit in one for like 3 hours 3 days in a row? :evil:

is it possible to torch muscle staying in a sauna too long?

i need to lose a quick 4 or 5 to hit up this boxing match this weekend.....thats gonna mean about 4 fkn hours in a steamer right?

also, that won't help you look any tighter around the mid-section will it?

i'm not quite sure anyone will know any of this, but the internet says the same shit over and fucking over ..... fkn bs

please do not sit in a sauna for 3 hours long,,some temepratures of saunas(dry heat ones) reach 160-180..this can be very damaging to your skin, and body as a whole..here in NJ It feels like a sauna outside right now..

There actually is a science to cutting weight in a sauna.....I don't know it, lol, it has to do with alternating time in the sauna with cold showers or a dip in a pool, and drinking obscene amounts of water.........I will bump this for somebody knowledgable on the subject.
 
i can see that.....well, typically, the more water you drink, the more you piss out fat molecules and other toxins.....so what if you 'hyper-hydrate' yourself afterwards and use diuretics or a handful of sesapure, it sounds like you'd piss out quite a bit of shit....lol

all in theory of course.....but yeah, i hear ya man

edit: i read somewhere that fat becomes water soluble around 110 degrees leading to fat break down
 
fat does not become water solube at 110,,unless you mix it with some sort of emulsifier
 
yeah, i just mixed 10 raw eggs with canola oil, lots of sugar and big scoop of mayonaise. i also left an open can of tuna on the counter for 3 days during my business trip and i just glued it right on in the mix there and downed it. my stomach hurts.
