it is because EF caters to newbies. Everyone needs to learn sometime... i am not just talking about gear usage but their is a lot of valuable info here on training and health in general. That's one thing I will never bash EF about. Hell even if i do bash Ef for something it doesn't mean much.. it's not a democracy and i totally understand that.
